These terms apply to the use of the website www.dentalsystems.ch, published by DentalSystems Sàrl (see our legal notice).
Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge and without registration. We do our best to keep it available at all times, without being able to guarantee it: it may be interrupted, for example for maintenance.
Informative content
The information published, in particular on data protection and IT security, is provided for information and awareness purposes. It does not constitute legal advice and replaces neither an audit of your installation nor a lawyer's advice for a particular situation.
We take care to ensure that this information is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee that it is so at all times or that it is complete. The rules change: check them before making an important decision.
Our services
The presentation of our services on this website does not constitute a binding offer. Each service is the subject of a separate quote or contract, which sets out its content, price and conditions, and which prevails over these terms.
Documents and quiz made available
The documents of the FADP kit and the quiz are free of charge. They are intended for dental practices and other medical organisations.
- The guide (DS1) and the quick-reaction sheet (DS2) may be downloaded, printed and distributed within your practice, without modification and with mention of their author.
- The templates (DS3 to DS11) are made to be adapted: you may modify them and use them under your practice's name, including with your patients, staff and providers, without keeping our references in them.
- Without our written consent, it is forbidden to sell these documents, even modified, or to offer them for download to third parties (website, platform, reseller).
These documents are templates and general information: they do not replace legal advice, and it is up to you to adapt them to your practice. In the event of a discrepancy with the notice printed in the files, these terms apply.
Intellectual property
The texts, logo, layout and documents of the website belong to DentalSystems Sàrl, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or reuse that is not expressly permitted by these terms requires our prior written consent.
The product and company names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
Links to other websites
The website links to websites that we do not manage, for example those of the federal authorities or of Google. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, DentalSystems Sàrl is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, from the inability to access it, or from the use of the information and documents it contains. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided for by law, in particular for consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of DentalSystems Sàrl.
